Many studies indicate a connection between movement and emotional development, learning skills, attention and concentration. Coordination skills are the basis for the development and quality of movement. The higher the level of coordination between the muscles involved in the movement, the less energy is required to perform the movement and less compensation by other muscles, which can ultimately lead to burnout and injury. In a series of studies and experiments that were conducted, it was found without a doubt that when the level of coordination is low, motor clumsiness is often seen, which leads to educational and emotional difficulties, and a decrease in the person's quality of life. Therapeutic sports are a wonderful, research-based tool that leads to improving motor skills, increasing the sense of competence, self-confidence and the level of quality of life. The wisewaysports method believes that a game involving movement (individual, couple and group) allows for enjoyable learning, cooperation, the development of motor skills and the development of interpersonal and social relationships. Sports and physical activity also have many benefits that contribute to our health. Many classes are not adapted for people with special needs. Therapeutic-rehabilitative sports aim to assist children, adolescents and adults in coping with a wide range of disabilities and difficulties, while emphasizing the accumulation of successful experiences in a fun, experiential and supportive framework. The goal of the program: to train therapists in therapeutic-rehabilitative sports who will be able to provide professional and high-quality care and treatment to people with special needs. The curriculum includes 550 hours divided into theoretical studies and practical experience on topics most relevant to current work, thus providing a rich toolbox that helps treat a wide variety of disabilities and difficulties. Our graduates are integrated into kindergartens and special education schools, in informal education frameworks, and in public and private rehabilitation centers. The theoretical part is studied independently, at a pace that suits you, through content, exams and exercises for submission that are delivered online and with telephone or email support. The practical experience with guidance is carried out as close as possible to the student's place of residence, and in it the students are exposed to working with a wide variety of people who are dealing with various difficulties and disabilities and to the methods of treating them. Admission requirements: Candidates who meet all of the following conditions will be accepted for the therapist training course: *12 years of study, preference for a high school diploma / academic degree. *Personal interview with the course coordinator. *Medical clearance to work. *Preference given to those with experience in the education and teaching professions, physical education, special education, fitness instructors and trainers, kindergarten teachers and therapists in the paramedical professions (occupational clinics, physiotherapists, speech therapists). Final exams: Theoretical test - at the end of each theoretical model. Practical test - given at the place of the experience and in front of the course coordinator. *Students who meet all the conditions and complete all the course obligations will receive a certificate of certification as a therapeutic-rehabilitative sports therapist from wisewaysports.
